What we focus on
We teach simple, effective strength-based lifting using proven fundamentals. You’ll learn how to squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry with good technique — building strength that supports your body in real life, not just in the gym.

Yes — classes are small by design (that's the point!), so spots fill up. Just text or email us to lock in your spot. We'll confirm you're in and let you know what to expect.

Completely. Most of our members started exactly where you are. Every exercise can be modified to suit you — Dario will work with you from your first session to make sure you feel capable, not lost. You'll be lifting in a room full of people who remember what day one felt like.

Not at all. You don't need a gym background — in fact, many people find it easier to start here than in a big gym, because you're learning in a small group with proper coaching from the start. Dario has helped complete beginners go from nervous first-timers to confident, regular lifters.

Just a water bottle and a towel. We don't have showers on site, so if you're coming from or heading to work, bring something to change into. Comfortable training shoes are ideal — no special gear needed.

We run six classes a week — mornings and evenings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Morning classes start at 6:00am, evenings at 5:30pm. Check the Schedule page for the latest times, as these can occasionally change.
