If you’ve ever wanted to feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in your body — you’re in the right place.

Our small-group strength sessions are designed for everyday people who want to learn how to lift safely, build real strength, and enjoy the process alongside a supportive community. You don’t need any previous experience — just a willingness to show up and try.

What we focus on

We teach simple, effective strength-based lifting using proven fundamentals. You’ll learn how to squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry with good technique — building strength that supports your body in real life, not just in the gym.

Why train in a group?

Training with others makes the journey more enjoyable, more motivating, and a lot less intimidating. You’ll be surrounded by people who encourage you, celebrate your progress, and remind you that everyone starts somewhere.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are at 23b Tahi road, Waiheke island - there is plenty of street parking in the area.

  • We have limited spots per class, so it's highly recommend you let us know via text or email that you'd like to come in advance so we can accomodate everyone.

  • We pride ourselves on accomodating all levels of fitness and are happy to modify exercises for you as needed and as you progress.

  • Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. Unfortunately we don’t have shower facilities at this stage so maybe something to change into if you tend to sweat a lot.

  • $15 drop in - you can pay either cash or bank transfer

  • Currently we offer classes at 5:45am and 5:30pm on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
